Content Removal Policy
Last updated: October 9, 2026
This policy explains our manual process for content complaints, depicted-person removal requests, and related appeals. For credible urgent risks, we restrict access to the affected content while continuing the investigation.
Report harmful content or request removal
[email protected]Victims and other concerned people can contact us directly. No account required.
Who can request removal
Anyone can report suspected prohibited or rights-infringing content. Depicted persons and their authorized representatives can request removal involving their real or synthetic likeness, voice, or intimate imagery. You do not need an account, to contact the uploader first, or to obtain a court order before we consider protective action under this policy.
How we handle a report
- Receive and manually review. Email our content safety contact with the content URL or task ID and the reason for your concern. Our team manually reviews reports; you do not need an account or to contact the uploader.
- Immediately restrict credible urgent cases. Reports indicating child sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, or an imminent risk receive priority. When our review identifies a credible urgent risk, we immediately restrict access to the affected content under our control while investigating.
- Remove content and enforce the policy. Confirmed prohibited content is removed without delay, including associated sharing access under our control. We block accounts responsible for confirmed serious prohibited activity and refund payments associated with that activity. A refund does not restore access or make the content permissible.
- Respond and allow an appeal. We respond using the email thread when we can share the outcome. Reporters, depicted persons, and affected users can reply to request a review. Good-faith reports must not lead to harassment or retaliation.
Identity, authorization, and consent disputes
When necessary, we may request proportionate information to verify identity or authority; identity documents are not required with an initial report. Content involving impersonation, intimate imagery, or disputed authorization may remain unavailable during investigation. Consent does not make otherwise prohibited NSFW content permissible on this service.
Removal scope and records
Removal addresses content access and associated sharing under our control. We cannot directly recall copies already downloaded by others or remove copies on third-party websites. Necessary records may be retained under our Privacy Policy for investigations, disputes, or legal obligations; this does not mean the content remains publicly available.
Appeals and repeat uploads
To appeal, reply within the same email thread with the reason and relevant content identifier. Review does not guarantee reinstatement. Do not re-upload removed content, use another account to evade enforcement, or harass a reporter while a dispute remains unresolved.
