Content Policy

Scope

This policy applies to prompts, reference materials, uploaded images, video, audio, generated results, and storing, downloading, sharing, distributing, or selling content through the service. Prohibited content remains prohibited when private, synthetic, fictional, or presented as role-play.

Prohibited content and conduct

• NSFW content, nudity, pornography, sexually explicit material, sexual acts, fetish content, and content intended for sexual gratification.
• Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, or sexualized depictions of minors, including fictional, animated, AI-generated, or persons presented as minors.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, nudification or undressing, and sexualized impersonation using a real person's likeness or voice.
• Sexual violence, coercion, trafficking, exploitation, blackmail, or threats involving intimate content.
• Violence, encouragement of self-harm, hate, terrorism, harassment, stalking, doxxing, and other illegal or harmful content.
• Violations of privacy, likeness, voice, intellectual property, or other legal rights, as well as fraud, deceptive impersonation, and payment abuse.

Adult consent or legality in a particular jurisdiction does not create an exception to this service's NSFW prohibition. Purchasing credits or a subscription does not change these restrictions.

Moderation and safety controls

We use automated tools to check submitted text prompts and images. For requests covered by these checks, prohibited-content decisions, moderation failures, timeouts, or invalid responses block the affected request. Content and related records may also be manually reviewed during report or abuse investigations. Passing an automated check does not make prohibited content permissible.

Do not disguise prompts, manipulate requests, disable safety settings, use alternate accounts or models to evade restrictions, or repeatedly attempt to generate blocked prohibited material.

Enforcement

We may block requests, restrict access, remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts. Accounts responsible for confirmed serious prohibited activity are blocked, and payments associated with that activity are refunded. Matters involving unlawful activity are handled or reported as required by applicable law.

Reports, removal requests, and appeals

Anyone can report content, and depicted persons can request removal directly. Credible urgent risks receive priority manual review, with immediate access restrictions when the risk is identified. See our Content Removal Policy for the process.

Privacy and policy updates

Report information and moderation records are handled under our Privacy Policy. We may update this policy as risks, features, or applicable requirements change, with the revised date shown on this page.
