We offer refunds for customers who are not satisfied with our text-to-image generation service. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within 14 days of your purchase and have used less than 20% of your purchased credits.

Refund Timeframe
Once we approve your refund, it will be processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
